Overview

FiveWest Pay is a comprehensive blockchain payment gateway designed to allow merchants to accept cryptocurrency payments for goods and services. This innovative solution simplifies digital transactions, enabling businesses to expand their payment options, reach a broader audience, and navigate the decentralised economy with confidence.

Payment Options

On-chain: send to a FiveWest wallet address or connect a cryptocurrency wallet such as MetaMask or Coinbase (400+ wallets supported).

Off-chain: Use Binance Pay, VALR Pay or Luno Pay for exchange-based payments.

Client Requirements

Merchants will need to create a business user profile and complete KYB/KYC verification.

Fees structure

From 1 July 2025, new merchants will be charged a once-off integration fee of R 5000.00.

Merchants pay 0.5-1 % of each transaction. This fee is adjusted merchant-to merchant. An approximately 1.7 % spread is added to the conversion fee. This fee is dependent on the quote lifetime (default lifetime is 15 minutes).
