Whitelisting Steps

1. Log in to your FiveWest Dashboard.

2. Select the Whitelisted addresses tab in the top bar.

3. Click the “Add Account” button on the right.

4. Click the “Account type” field. Choose the type applicable to your wallet address. If this address is provided by a Crypto Asset Service Provider (Eg., VALR or Luno), please select the issuer from the drop-down menu.

5. Click the “Select Network” field and Choose the network your address is on.

6. Enter your wallet address. Please ensure that you enter this correctly.

7. Enter an account name. This is for your own reference.

8. If you own this address, fill in the required fields.

9. If you do not own this address, switch the toggle indicating ownership, and complete the required fields.

10. Once all fields have been filled, click the “Add Account” button at the bottom.

11. You will now see that the status of the address is “PENDING”. You will then be notified to provide additional information, as outlined here.

12. When the status changes to “SUCCESS”, you will be able to use this address for sending/receiving crypto.
