Whitelisting Steps

New Blockchain Account

1. Log in to your FiveWest Dashboard.

2. Click on the 'All' tab.

3. Select 'Add blockchain account'.

4. Complete the required fields:

Address type: If this address is provided by a Crypto Asset Service Provider (Eg., VALR or Luno), please select the issuer from the drop-down menu.

Select network: Choose the network your address is on.

Blockchain address: Please ensure that you enter this correctly.

Account name: This is for your own reference. You will not be able to change this name after adding the address.

Address ownership: if you own the address, fill in the required fields. If not, switch the toggle indicating ownership, and complete the required fields.

5. Once all fields have been filled, click 'Add Account'

6. You will now see that the status of the address is “PENDING”. You will then be notified to provide additional information, as outlined here.

7. When the status changes to “SUCCESS”, you will be able to use this address for sending/receiving crypto.
