Level 2 Verification

Required for access to OTC services, Earn, and withdrawals above R5,000, up to the value supported by your verified source of funds.

The following will be required:

• Employment and marital details.
• Colour electronic copy of identity document (RSA ID or international passport).
• Selfie with identity document.
• Proof of address:

• Utility bills and Wi-Fi statements are to be requested as first-choice documents.
• Alternatively, you may provide a valid lease agreement or a bank statement that has the bank's stamp on it.
• Proof of address documents must be no more than 3 months old.
• Your name and address must be clearly visible on the document.
• The entire document must be provided (i.e. no screenshots).

• Source of funds documentation to determine the origin of the funds that will be used. Accepted documents include:

• 3 most recent months' bank statements showing the account you intend to use to fund your FiveWest account.
• Salary statements or payslips from your employer.
• If funds are derived from consulting fees, corresponding invoices and/or service-level agreements.
• If you intend to fund your account with crypto assets, you will be required to complete a crypto wealth declaration form provided by FiveWest. Additionally, the wallet address(es) from which such crypto assets will be transferred must be whitelisted.
• Should the funds come from another source (e.g. investments, spousal donations or home loans), sufficient proof thereof must be provided.
