Deposit Funds

When depositing to the Earn account, you will be depositing from your FiveWest Wallet. Ensure that you have sufficient funds in your Wallet before trying to deposit to your Earn account.

The Earn account has a minimum deposit amount for each currency:

- 500.00 USDT (or equivalent) for all crypto assets.

- 100,000.00 ZAR for ZAR Earn.

To make a deposit:

1. Log in to your FiveWest dashboard.

2. Click on the 'Earn' tab on the left.

3. Click on 'Balances'.

4. Click on 'Deposit'.

5. Select the currency you want to deposit.

6. Enter the amount you wish to deposit (see above regarding minimum amounts).

7. Click 'Finalise Transaction'

Claim Interest

1. Log in to your FiveWest dashboard.

2. Click on the 'Earn' tab on the left.

3. Click on 'Balances'.

4. Click on the currency you want to claim interest for.

5. Click 'CLAIM' next to the interest amount.

6. Your interest will then be available in you FiveWest Wallet.

Withdraw Funds

1. Log in to your FiveWest dashboard.

2. Click on the 'Earn' tab on the left.

3. Click on 'Balances'.

4. Click on 'Withdraw'.

5. Select the currency you want to withdraw.

6. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw.

7. Click 'Finalise Transaction'

Your funds will instantly be available in your FiveWest Wallet.

Download Earn Statement

1. Log in to your FiveWest dashboard.

2. Click on the 'Earn' tab on the left.

3. Click on 'Statements'

4. Choose the period you require a statement for.

5. Click 'Download'.

6. Your Earn statement will then be available in your 'Downloads' folder.

NOTE: Your Earn statement will include all Earn currencies you hold.
